1. Automatic Pressure Cooker Plant

These systems automatically and continuously grind soaked soybeans to a fine puree, mix the puree with water, then steam or pressure cook it. Each system is shipped to you already firmly mounted on its steel platform for easy installation.

DEAERATOR

Decreases pressure in vessel by vacuum pump.

202 HOMOGENIZER (SP-TON-HO): With high pressue plunger pump (25MPa or 50MPa), homogenizes soymilk particles under high pressure to make soymilk mild and smooth. Capactoy: 300 - 2000 liters soymilk per hour.




HOMOGENIZER


203 HEAT EXCHANGER (SP-TON-HEX): Consists of a series of thin channels surrounded by circulating cold water. Quickly cools hot soymilk running in the channels from 85℃ to 35℃ using deep well water (25℃), and to 15℃ by chilled water (7℃). Capacity: 600 - 2000 liters per hour.
