1. Curding Systems
These mix a fixed amount of coagulant with soymilk at a fixed temperature to produce uniformly high quality, high yielding curds.

BUCKET CURING MACHINE
Equipped with soymilk curding buckets and dispensing coagulant to each batch of soymilk.
2. Forming Systems
The curds are pressed evenly in froming boxes to give tofu of desired thicknss and firmness.
