121 CONTINUOUS ROLLER EXTRACTOR (large; PR-TAK- FM90): Capacity: 90 - 130kg dry soybeans per hour. Outside dimensions: 162 × 123 × 167 cm. Includes a spare peforated pressing drum. All stainless steel type FM90(S) and sanitary soymilk piping type FM90(SA) available.
122 CONTINUOUS ROLLER EXTRACTOR (extra large; PR-TAK- FM150): Capacity: 150 - 300kg dry soybeans per hour. Outside dimensions: 158 × 144 × 182 cm. Includes a spare peforated pressing drum. All stainless steel type FM150(S) and sanitary soymilk piping type FM150(SA) available.
123 DOUBLE OKARA EXTRACTION UNIT (PR-TAK-DOE): Extracts soymilk twice from the same soybeans. In this way the maximum amount of soymilk is obtainet. Models: ODE90 (includes #121 and #14 roller extractor) and DOE150 (includes #122 and #121 roller extractor). Capacity: 80 - 120 kg dry soybeens and 135 - 270 kg dry soybeans per hour. Stainless steel type DOE90(S), DOE150(S) available.
124 OKARA ROTARY FEEDER (PR-TAK-RF): Used, together with Air Conveyor, for transporting okara. Moves up to 5.4 tonnes per hour.
125 CONTINUOUS OKARA SCREW PRESS EXTRACTOR (small; PR-TAK-SIR1): Single model. Separates soymilk from okara. Works constantly without use of cloth sacks or bags. Filters are stainless steel. Capacity: 70 - 90 kg of dry beans per hour. 0.86 kw, 3-phase motors. Size: 132 by 62 by 185 cm. Stainless steel model. Nigari tofu model (SIR1(CL), with soymilk cooling pipe) also available.

CURING SYSTEMS
These mix a fixed amount of coagulant with soymilk at a fixed temperature to produce uniformly high quality, high yielding curds.
131 CAROUSEL CURDING MACHINE (CM-TAK-CCM): For middle-sized plants. Includes soymilk tank, a coagulant solution tank, soymilk and coagulant mixing unit, and roller conveyor for draining off whey. Defoaming unit, curd breaking unit, and whey drainer are optional. Stainless steel. Models: CCM6 (6 curding buckets), CCM8 (8 buckets). Capacity: 60 kg , 90kg dry soybeans per hour. Outside dimensions: 110 × 217 × 256 cm CCM6, 110 × 263 × 256 cm CCM8.
132 CAROUSEL CURDING MACHINE FOR NIGARI TOFU (CM- TAK-NCCM): Similar to #131 but specialized to coagulate soymilk with natural nigari (magnesium chloride). Specialized are soymilk and coagulant mixing unit with mixing plate and control panel with sequence controller.
133 CONVEYORIZED BUCKET CURING MACHINE (CM-TAK- BCM): For large factories. Capacity: 120 - 300 kg dry soybeans per hour. Equipped with soymilk curding buckets and dispensing coagulant to each batch of soymilk. Includes soymilk tank, coagulant solution tank, coagulant powder measurer, soymilk and coagulant mixing unit, defoaming unit, curd breakingu unit, bucket tilting unit, roller conveyor, and sequence controller. Whey drainer, and forming box raising-and-lowering unit are optioanl. All stainless steel type BCM(S) available.
134 CONVEYORIZED CURDING MACHINE (CM-TAK-CM): For large factories. Capacity: 120 - 300 kg dry soybeans per hour. Curding trough is divided into a series of compartmens. Incudes soymilk tank, coagulant solution tank, defoaming unit, and roller conveyor. Soymilk and coagulant mixing unit, curd breaking unit, whey drainer, and foming box raising-and-lowering unit are optional. All stainless steel type CM(S) available.
135 CONVEYORIZED CURDING & FORMING MACHINE (com- veyoized; CM-TAK-CF): Tofu pouch type and tofu cutlet (firm tofu) type available. Capacity: (tofu pouch type) 60 - 180 kg, (tofu cutlet type) 80 - 160 kg dry soybeans per hour. Transforms soymilk into finished slices [kiji; agedane] or cakes for deep-fried tofu pouches or cutlets (firm tofu) on a continuous soft conveyor in one continuous operation. tofu size is adjustable. Does not use froming boxes. All stainless steel type CF(S) avilable. Automaic tofu slices take out unit is option.
