These fryers deep-fry tofu pouches or cutets automatically using a conveyor to gibe uniformly high quality.


201 DEAERATOR (ST-TAK-DRT): Decreases pressure in vessel by condenser using circlating water. Sprinkles soymilk like thin film., and removes air in soymilk. Automatic model. Capacity: 1000 - 2000 liters soymilk per hour.




202 HOMOGENIZER (SP-TON-HO): With high pressue plunger pump (250 kg/c㎡ or 500 kg/c㎡), homogenizes soymilk particles under high pressure to make soymilk mild and smooth. Capactoy: 300 - 2000 liters soymilk per hour.




203 HEAT EXCHANGER (SP-TON-HEX): Consists of a series of thin channels surrounded by circulating cold water. Quickly cools hot soymilk running in the channels from 85℃ to 35℃ using deep well water (25℃), and to 15℃ by chilled water (7℃). Capacity: 600 - 2000 liters per hour.




205 CHILLER UNIT (SP-TON-CHL): Supplies chilled water fom vaious tofu and soymilk cooling equipment. Capacity: 1200 - 4000 liters chilled water (7℃) per hour.
